Regenerative Agriculture in Action: A Two-for-One Tour Experience

Join the Eastern Rhode Island Conservation District for a unique behind-the-scenes look at two local sites where regenerative agriculture is taking root.

This special two-part tour begins at AGInnovation Farm in Portsmouth, where students are learning firsthand how farming, composting, soil health, and food systems connect. Then we’ll head to Norman Bird Sanctuary in Middletown to explore their thriving pollinator habitats and see how native plantings support biodiversity, healthy ecosystems, and resilient landscapes.

Together, these two stops tell one bigger story: how regenerative practices restore soil, strengthen habitats, support pollinators, and build a healthier food future.

Come see what’s growing, ask questions, and learn how these principles can be applied at home, in schools, and across our communities.

Two locations. One powerful look at the future of conservation and farming. This is a free event. Sign-up info coming soon!
