Before you sign up please note:
You MUST be able to ride comfortably with traffic
You MUST know how to use your gears for hills.
You MUST wear a helmet to participate.
You MUST wear a high-viz vest/jacket
Ensure your bike is in good working order before arriving - Check your air pressure, brakes, and gears BEFORE the ride
If riding an e-bike, ensure it is charged and in FULLY working condition.
