Eastern RI Conservation District and Warren HEZ invite Warren homeowners to a free hands-on workshop for homes that experience flooding. You will build a rain barrel, connect it to your gutter system, and take both home at no cost. A rain barrel collects runoff from your roof, reducing water pooling around your property and providing a free supply for your garden.

Registration is required to receive a free rain barrel and gutter connection. Walk-ins are not permitted. Register through the online form or call Warren HEZ at 401-431-9874 ext. 1635.

This activity is funded in part through a partnership between RIDOH and RIDEM EC4, with support from the Town of Warren Flood & Drainage Ad Hoc Committee. HEZ is an initiative of the Rhode Island Department of Health. East Bay Community Action Program is the backbone agency for the Warren, Bristol, and East Providence HEZs.
