Plog and Chug combines light exercise with community impact and a social finish. We will head out together to plog, jogging or walking while picking up litter, helping clean up our local environment in a simple, visible way.

After the plog, we regroup to relax and enjoy a drink together. Come for the movement, stay for the connection, and leave knowing you did something good for the place you live.
